Terms & Conditions
General
The 'Company' means Albyn Ltd. The 'Purchaser' means
the person whose order is accepted by the Company. The 'Recipient'
means the person who receives goods produced by the Company and purchased
by the Purchaser.
Ordering
As soon as an order is placed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed
to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions herein described by
the Company. A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as the
Company despatches an email message to the Purchaser, confirming that
the Company has received the Purchaser's order, regardless of whether
the Purchaser receives the confirmation email or not.
Service
The Company aims to dispatch all orders from stock within three working
days following receipt of order. Any delays over and above this time
will be notified by telephone or e-mail.
Returns Policy
The Company offers a no quibble guarantee to exchange or refund your
purchases.
Refund: simply return your purchases to us within
14 days, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then
reimburse £4.99 per item plus post and packing directly to your
credit card. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the
customer.
Exchange: simply return your purchases to us within
14 days clearly stating that you would like an exchange. We will then
despatch replacement goods straight away at no further cost to you.
Cancellation: if you change your mind after you have
submitted an order, or have ordered in error, you have the right to
cancel at any time up to 7 days following receipt of the goods. Please
inform us as soon as possible by e-mail at info@albyn-int.com
to allow us to cancel the order if it has not been processed. If it
has been processed and you have received the goods and wish to return
them, please contact us to arrange a refund. Please note, the cost
of returning unwanted goods ordered in error is the responsibility
of the customer.

Prices
All prices shown are applicable until further notice. Product prices
and delivery costs are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at
the current rate. If the Purchaser is eligible to reclaim VAT, the
Company can supply a VAT receipt on request.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with
Scottish law.
Statutory Rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects
or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient
in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods
supplied.
Copyright
The entire contents of this website (including all text and artwork)
are protected by copyright. It may be viewed or downloaded solely
for private purposes. Any other use is not permitted without the
written permission of the Company.
Competitions
1). Our competitions are open to all residents in the UK
excluding employees and families of Albyn Ltd and their
agents aged over 18.
2). By entering The Competition, entrants agree to be bound by the
rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
3). No purchase necessary.

Albyn Ltd does not accept any liability for damage of any description
associated with the misuse of the Sunsure product, whether intentional
or unintentional; failure to take preventative measures when maximum
skin exposure has been reached; any skin or other damage suffered
by entrants to the online competition.

The Company aims to ensure that the website is virus free but cannot
be held responsible for any transfer of virus experienced as a result
of downloading material from the website.
